1. General

This Privacy Policy describes how Sladifay LLC (ООО «Сладифай»), operating under the brand name Sladify ("Company", "we"), collects and processes personal data when you use the sladify.ru website and the Sladify mobile application (the "Service"). Data processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (Russia).

2. Data We Collect

  • Contact details: full name, email address, phone number.
  • Business details: TIN (INN), KPP, OGRN/OGRNIP, company name, legal and actual addresses.
  • Delivery addresses entered by you in the Service.
  • Device information: device type, operating system, unique installation identifier.
  • Push tokens — to send push notifications about order status.
  • Service usage data: order history, viewed products.
  • Venue photos, logo, and menu item images — when uploaded by venue owners.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Account registration and identity verification (email verification, TIN check).
  • Processing and fulfilling orders.
  • Sending order status notifications (email and push notifications).
  • Customer support.
  • Improving the Service and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only: upon request from authorized government authorities in accordance with applicable Russian law; to the extent necessary to fulfil a contract (e.g., delivery address shared with a courier service). We use the following third-party services:

  • Sentry (sentry.io) — error and crash monitoring. When a technical error occurs, Sentry receives: user identifier, email address, device technical information, and stack trace. Data is used solely for diagnosing and fixing errors. Sentry Privacy Policy: sentry.io/privacy.
  • Expo (expo.dev) — push notification delivery platform. To deliver notifications, Expo receives a unique device token. No personal user data is shared with Expo. Expo Privacy Policy: expo.dev/privacy.

5. Data Storage

All personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, in compliance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Data is retained for the duration of your account and for 5 years after deletion, as required by tax and accounting regulations.

6. Push Notifications

The Sladify app may send push notifications about order status and important events. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Sladify; Android: Settings → Apps → Sladify → Notifications).

7. Camera and QR Codes

The app requests access to the device camera solely for scanning QR codes as part of the loyalty programme. Camera images are not stored or transmitted to servers. Processing occurs locally on the device.

8. Photo Uploads

To add venue photos, logos, and menu item images, the app requests access to the device gallery. Selected images are uploaded to Sladify servers and stored for the duration of the account. After account deletion, images are removed within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

Under Russian law, you have the right to:

  • Request information about the personal data we process.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
  • Withdraw consent to personal data processing.

To exercise your rights, send a request to info@sladify.ru. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete Account. After password confirmation, all personal data (name, email, phone, delivery addresses) will be deleted within 30 days. Order data may be retained in anonymised form for up to 5 years as required by accounting regulations.

11. Cookies

The Service uses technical cookies required for authentication and session management. No analytics cookies are used.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at our discretion. The current version is always available at sladify.ru/privacy. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
