This Privacy Policy describes how Sladifay LLC (ООО «Сладифай»), operating under the brand name Sladify ("Company", "we"), collects and processes personal data when you use the sladify.ru website and the Sladify mobile application (the "Service"). Data processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (Russia).

2. Data We Collect

  • Contact details: full name, email address, phone number.
  • Business details: TIN (INN), KPP, OGRN/OGRNIP, company name, legal and actual addresses.
  • Delivery addresses entered by you in the Service.
  • Device information: device type, operating system, unique installation identifier.
  • Push tokens — to send push notifications about order status.
  • Service usage data: order history, viewed products.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Account registration and identity verification (email verification, TIN check).
  • Processing and fulfilling orders.
  • Sending order status notifications (email and push notifications).
  • Customer support.
  • Improving the Service and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only: upon request from authorized government authorities in accordance with applicable Russian law; to the extent necessary to fulfil a contract (e.g., delivery address shared with a courier service).

5. Data Storage

All personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, in compliance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Data is retained for the duration of your account and for 5 years after deletion, as required by tax and accounting regulations.

6. Push Notifications

The Sladify app may send push notifications about order status and important events. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Sladify; Android: Settings → Apps → Sladify → Notifications).

7. Your Rights

Under Russian law, you have the right to:

  • Request information about the personal data we process.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
  • Withdraw consent to personal data processing.

8. Cookies

The Service uses technical cookies required for authentication and session management. No analytics cookies are used.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at our discretion. The current version is always available at sladify.ru/privacy. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
