1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sladify.ru website and the Sladify mobile application, owned and operated by Sladifay LLC (ООО «Сладифай») (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who May Use the Service
Sladify is intended exclusively for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Russian Federation. The Service is not intended for retail consumers purchasing goods for personal use. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or as a sole trader and that the goods will be used for commercial purposes.
3. Registration and Account
- To access the Service, you must create an account and provide a valid TIN (INN) of your company or sole proprietorship.
- Your email address must be verified — a confirmation code will be sent to the address you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.
- Each user may hold only one active account.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account without explanation.
4. Placing Orders
- Orders are placed through the Service catalogue. The minimum order amount is set separately and displayed in the Service.
- Prices include applicable VAT and may change without prior notice.
- An order is considered accepted upon confirmation by a manager or the automated system.
- Payment terms are agreed with the manager during registration.
- The Company reserves the right to decline orders that do not meet established requirements.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is made to addresses specified by the user in the profile or during checkout.
- Delivery timeframes and costs depend on the city and order volume — details are shown at checkout.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure circumstances.
6. Favourite Products Programme
- Registered users may select a limited set of "Favourite Products" to receive a special discount.
- The list of favourite products resets at the beginning of each calendar month.
- The number of products in the programme and the discount amount are set by the Company and may be changed unilaterally.
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
7. Prohibited Actions
When using the Service, you must not:
- Share account credentials with third parties or allow multiple people to use one account.
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service.
- Submit false information about your company or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorised access.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Company is not liable for: indirect damages or lost profits; temporary unavailability of the Service; product description errors caused by technical reasons. The Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount of your most recent paid order.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at its discretion. The current version is always available at sladify.ru/terms. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts at the Company's place of registration.
